Automatic PLC Control Hanging Type Batch Off Rubber Cooling Machine
Chain belt multilayer, Roller, Hanging type rubber sheet cooling machine is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.
It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.
Applications
The rubber sheet batch off cooler machine is a commonly used cooling device in the production of rubber products. The production of tires, cables, rubber hoses and other rubber products is made much easier when the rubber sheets are cooled using this equipment. It cools and dries the rubber sheet produced in rubber mixing mills or rubber sheet presses so that they can be properly stored.
Product description of rubber sheet batch off cooler machine
1. The batch off unit take off adopts steel conveying rollers, equipped with printer and slitter. The take-off and lifting device are driven by a common AC inverter motor. The conveying speed ID adjustable.
2. The sheet is uniformly coated with the lubricator by dipping without polluting the environment. Its cooling effect is better than the spraying.
3. The hanging up area is fully closed, which adopts the blower to blow the sheet at a slant. So it improves the air flowing direction and cooling effect.
4. The whole machine adopts PLC control. Every procedure is driven by variable frequency motor. The speed can be adjusted freely.
5. Cooling fans are high-volume fans with optimal cooling effects.
6. Upon request, rubber cooling machines can be equipped with an automatic counting device, automatic cutting device and automatic packing device. After automatic sheet packing, it is easier to feed the rubber extruder machine.
7. After feeding, workers can just leave the machine to work by itself.
Test Running Before Delivery
Before leaving factory, this rubber sheet cooling machine needs to pass 24 hours' test running and guarantee no oil leakage and seeping to avoid unnecessary quality problems.
Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, to protect the painting surface, we use wooden packaging outside.The key parts of the machine, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
