Operations:

Building a septic tank for the leakage floor is a good practice to store manure water for 2 weeks and other liquids produced during the production process. The depth of the septic tank should be between 40-60 cm. However, it is recommended to build isolation and separation tanks according to different recommended areas since the proportion of fecal solids and liquids produced in different pig houses varies.

 

When discharging the manure, it is important to follow a specific order to prevent the flow of harmful gases in the pipe. The drain valve should be pulled up to discharge, starting with the sewage valve at the farthest point of the reservoir. Each discharge should only take 2-3 minutes. It is recommended to discharge the manure every 14 days to ensure that there are very few harmful gases in the pig house, which is conducive to the health of the pig herd.
