How to use and care for Menstrual Cups?

Please note that we try to preserve the environment where possible and thus avoid sending boxes and instruction papers. With it we also try to keep our menstrual cup as economical as possible for you!

If you need further help, we will be more than glad to hear from you and personally assist you!

Clean and store:

Before and after use, thoroughly clean our cup with soap and warm water (preferably a mild, unscented soap). You may boil it for up to 2 minutes

for a thorough disinfection. Simply microwave or heat water on the stove and insert your menstrual cup. Store in included Bag.

Insert and remove:

Push down a corner or fold in half; insert. Slightly pull until you feel a vacuum formed.

To remove, hook the tip of your finger into the Ring and carefully pull until the bottom can be grabbed to fully remove. If your cup does not open easily or you experience leaks, we will be glad to get the right version to you for free!

If your Cup does not open easily or you experience leaks, you may need a Firmer and/or Larger Cup from our 2 Version Collection of Small,

Medium and Large Menstrual Cups, each available in Soft, Medium Firm and Extra Firm.

If the Cup feels uncomfortable however, selecting a Smaller and/or Softer Option can do the trick.
