What is the principle of Ultrafiltration Water Treatment System
Ultrafiltration, also known as ultrafiltration, is used to trap
colloidal sized particles in water, while water and low molecular
weight solutes are allowed to penetrate the membrane. The mechanism

Application of Ultrafiltration Water Treatment System
In the field of wastewater treatment, ultrafiltration technology
used in the treatment of leaching water in electroplating process
is one of the successful examples. In the production process of
metal products such as cars and furniture, after coating is
deposited on the metal surface by electrophoresis, it is necessary
to wash off the electroplating solution sucked on the product with
clean water. The washing wastewater containing 1 ~ 2% of the
coating is obtained by washing, and the water is separated by
ultrafiltration device. After the concentration of the coating, the
water can be reused for electric coating, and the water can also be
directly used for cleaning, which can realize the recycling of
water.
Ultrafiltration technology can also be used for textile mill
wastewater treatment. There is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in the
slurry of textile factory, which is recovered by ultrafiltration
device, recycled water and used, and the concentrated PVA can be
re-sizing.
