Main Roll Forming Machine

• Roller material: Gcr15 chrome plated surface with chrome, HRC58-62 degree
• Shaft diameter: ￠85mm material: 40Cr with tempering
• Flange and width is adjust by hand wheel
• Change profile: Now we design the machine according to the attached drawing, next time, customer want to produce another profile, need to change 1 station of rollers.
