The catenary shot blasting machine is suitable for shot blasting of large quantities of small and medium workpieces. The workpiece can run continuously or step by step along with the hoisting chain, or adopt advanced accumulation and push catenary conveying work, so that the workpiece is in a stopped state in the loading and unloading and shot blasting areas to realize the fixed-point loading and unloading and the fixed-point shot blasting process. The hoisting weight is 50-2000kg, and the production efficiency is high, the operation is reliable, and the cleaning effect is particularly good for the surface and the inner cavity of the workpiece, such as the engine cylinder block and the motor shell. It is an ideal choice for industries such as automobiles, tractors, diesel engines, motors, and valves.

The catenary shot blasting machine can be divided into continuous type, stepping type and accumulation type according to its hanging chain movement mode. According to the chain arrangement, it can be divided into single stroke, double stroke and multi stroke.

The continuous type is a working method in which the workpiece is hung on the chain hook and continuously circulates through the shot blasting chamber at a constant speed. After entering the cleaning chamber, the workpiece is driven by the autorotation mechanism while moving forward while receiving cleaning.

The stepping type is to group the workpiece suspension hooks (generally a group of 3 hooks). The number of hook groups is determined according to the customer's working frequency requirements and the length of the entire cleaning line. The work sequence is loading→waiting→shot blasting (rotation)→waiting→unloading→waiting→uploading in turn.

The accumulation type is to park an unloaded trolley at a fixed point in the workpiece loading area to wait for loading, and the stopper automatically releases when the loading work is completed. The trolley runs to the shot blasting room. At this time, the trolley is in a waiting state. At the same time, the workpieces lifted by a group of trolleys in the shot blasting room are being shot blasted and strengthened. When the shot blasting indoor trolley leaves the shot blasting room after the shot blasting work is completed, the waiting area stopper will automatically release and the trolley enters the shot blasting stage; at the same time, the next trolley is waiting; when the workpiece cleaning (strengthening) of the trolley is completed, it will automatically run Waiting area, waiting for unloading. Work continuously in this way.
