PDC core bit is widely used for water well drilling, geotechnical and environmental drilling, mineral exploration, geothermal wells, geothermal drilling, construction and utility work.

PDC core bit include:

PDC single tube core bit

PDC double tube core bit

PDC wire line core bit

 

 

PDC core bits incorporating PDC(Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) cutters can be very cost effective and very productive, which are applied to rock formations of f≤10,mainly used for geological and hydrology drilling.
We have two main types of PDC core bits are available: PDC rib core bits and PDC flat core bit.
The PDC rib core bits are applied to rock formation of f≤6, like mudstone, sandstone, etc.
And the PDC flat core bits are applied to rock formations of f≤10,like limestone, granite, etc.

Q series PDC core bit

 

 

This kind of PDC is sintered at high pressure and temperature, which is composed of diamond and kentanium. It can be embedded into mine drill that used in medium-high hardness stratum drilling.

The special shape and diffe banrent technique make this PDC higher drilling speed, and especially suitable for siliceous rock, conglomerate.
