1. Box:
The carriage is a square all-metal welded structure with sufficient
rigidity and strength. The cargo compartments produced by our
factory are made of high-quality steel plates. Users can also make
their own special requirements to customize, but they should meet
the relevant national standards.
2. Sub frame (sub beam):
The sub-frame is the basic part for installing the lifting
mechanism and the car body, and it is also a fixed reinforcement
connected to the chassis of the car. Different models of dump
trucks in our factory are made of high-quality alloy steel plates,
which are pressed and welded into longitudinal beams and cross
beams with grooved sections. The rear of the sub-frame adopts a
triangular structure that increases the distance between the
carriage supports, ensuring that Vehicle stability during driving
or lifting operations. While the sub-frame is fixed integrally with
the vehicle chassis, it also enhances the rigidity and strength of
the chassis beams of the vehicle.
A safety support bar is installed at the rear of the sub-frame,
which can be supported during vehicle maintenance to prevent the
car from falling down and causing danger.
3. Dumper part;
The tilting mechanism is divided into two straight-top dumping
mechanisms with multi-section cylinders, and two types of dumping
mechanisms with enlarged triangular arm floating links.
Structure of multi-section oil cylinder front straight top dumping
mechanism;
The basic components are composed of a multi-section telescopic oil
cylinder, a high-pressure oil pipe, a fuel tank (according to the
model configuration), an oil pump (with a distributor), and a drive
shaft. The high-pressure oil is output by the oil pump, and the oil
cylinder pushes the car body up to realize the dumping of material
under the effect of the high-pressure oil.
