300 Ton 7-section Automatic All Terrain Crane with 80m Boom 112m Lifting Height
XCMG XCA300 all-terrain crane is positioned in Zicheng construction, bridge hoisting, petrochemical, dock installation engineering and 1.5-2.0MW wind power equipment maintenance. Seven-section U-section box-type main boom, the boom length is 15-80m, equipped with double rate Y-type super lift, fixed jib and 8m wind power independent boom head, the longest extension of the fixed jib is 42m.
• Using super lift and balancing dead weight technology, the disassembly and assembly of the whole machine is more efficient and convenient;
• The fixed-length tightening technology of the super-lifting device ensures the minimum length of the hoisting length, which improves the side bending phenomenon of the boom to the greatest extent, and effectively improves the pre-tightening force of the wire rope and improves the lifting performance;
• Intelligent boom technology includes three aspects: automatic working condition planning technology, luffing compensation technology, and winch follow-up technology. The application of technology completely avoids the safety hazards caused by cumbersome operation and improper operation;
