A tire locating seat is slidably clamped in the limit bar hole. The function between the tire locating seat and the locating power plate of the grinding tool of the utility model realizes the clamping and fixing of the tire, and then the grinding block and the inner surface of the side wall of the tire are pressed and contacted by the action of the pressing cylinder. Then it is rotated and polished without manual labor, which makes the polishing efficiency higher and the polishing more uniform. At the same time, the tire will not fall off and move during the polishing process.
