This  G type wheelset is applied for 120t heavy load railway freight wagon. When the railway wagon is full loaded, the total weight could reach 190 tons. This requires high quality wheels and axles in both structure and materials.

Main materials features:

1. Bearings are TIMKEN self-aligning bearing;
2. Wheels are rolling forged by China named wheels manufactured
3. Axles are from China named axles manufacturer
4. Axlebox body is made of grade B steel and the wearing plate are Q345B steel plate.
