Breif introduction:

K13 Mine hopper wagon is specially designed to transport mineral particles by standard guage railway train. We are able to customize the hopper wagons according to customer's different gauges and special functions requirements. 

 

K13 Ore hopper wagon is mainly composed of under frame, side wall, end wall, hoppers, operation chamber, discharge system, dust remove system, bogies, air brake system, and coupler buffer. The underframe is completed welded steel structure without middle beam and the material adopts high quality carbon steel.

  • Adopt K2 3-piece casting bogie;
  • Automatic empty / load adjusting device;
  • New combined forging brake beam;
  • New high friction composite brake shoes;
  • Pneumatic discharge system with indepent operate chamber;

Pneumatic discharging system:

When discharging the transported mineral particles , the bottome doors could be opened pheumatically or by manual. The hopper wagon is equipped with indepent operation cab to open and close the bottom doors of the hoppers. The doors operation mechanism is composed of upper transmission device and lower transmission device. The manual transmission mechanism and pneumatic control management system are fitted on the under frame at the one end of the car body. The pneumatic transmission and manual braking mechanisms are independent and the coversion could be realized by shift fork and the jaw clutch.  The bottom doors will not open by mistake during vehicle operation. Besides, in order to avoid the accidental opening of the bottom doors caused by the operator's miss-operation during vehicle operation, an eccentric locking anti miss rotation device is also equipped.

Nude pack with support base and with anti-collision protection.
To meet the road  limit height, we normally seperate the bogies and the car body during transportation.

Detail export packing design will be designed according to destination port's lifting capability and destination transportation condition.
