♦ Step1: Information Collection

♦ Step2: Proper Storage Solution Selection

In selective warehouse pallet racks, pallets are loaded and unloaded from the front via a lift truck following a First in/First out(FIFO) system. A common layout of the selective pallet racking system in a warehouse usually includes single-row pallet racks ( placed near the wall) and back-to-back pallet racks (two row pallet racks connected by row-spacers), which is ideal for companies with a wider variety of products.

To fully satisfy our client’s requirement, we chose selective pallet racking system for storage and offered a free CAD design of selective pallet rack with all details marked on. In this case, our client required 2000kg loading capacity per layer with 4 layers per bay. For cost-saving, the fist layer pallets are placed on the ground instead of beams. 

♦ Step3: Project Details Confirmation

Confirmed the design drawing with our clients then made some adjustments to their satisfaction. Then our engineer chose proper material type and size for this selective pallet rack that are functional, safe and cost-saving.

To be noted that all the pallet racks manufactured by Ironstone are using good quality steel purchased in large national steel plant. And all our professional engineers are trained with rich experience and always put rack safety at the first position. ♦ Step4: Order Placement and Production

Our client was satisfied with our price and service, then signed the contract very fast. After payment, we started the production process.

Our manufacture procedures are indicated as follows: Raw-material→Cold rolling→Punch hole→Welding→Half finished→Powder coating→Finished products.

♦ Step5: Quality Management

Ironstone can't emphasis more on product quality and carries out strict quality management from raw materials purchasing to the whole manufacture procedures. Before dispatched from the factory, a whole series of factory examination regulation of racks will be followed for quality guarantee. Besides, a third party quality test is available as our customers' personal request. 

♦ Step6: Package and Shippment

For quality and security assurance during the long-distance transportation, Ironstone gives great attention to the package of racks using professional wrapping machine operated by experienced workers.

Commonly used package materials for bulk product include plastic stretch film, corrugated paper, wooden bars, crates, and metal strips, etc. While for relatively small volume  components and accessories, carton boxes and pallets can provide better support and protection. As different customers' personal requirement, special customized packages are also available.

♦ Step7: Installation Support and Examination

Some clients used to have concerns about the installation step until they deal businesses with Ironstone. Taken all these issues into consideration, Ironstone provides detailed project installation support varying from assembly drawings and videos to installation engineers' specific instruction via Internet or onto the project site personally.
