Working Principle Description:

PSA nitrogen generator's operating principle is pressure swing adsorption, which takes air as raw material and uses molecular sieve adsorbent to produce nitrogen at room temperature by pressure swing adsorption (PSA). The main structure is composed of air purification system, automatic control system, nitrogen production system, nitrogen storage tank, etc. Carbon molecular sieve is a porous material composed of carbon, and the pore structure model is disorderly stacked carbon structure. Its ability to separate air depends on the different diffusion rate or adsorption force of various gases in the air in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve. Because oxygen molecules diffuse through the narrow pores of carbon molecular sieve microporous system much faster than nitrogen molecules.
