Working Principle Description:

After compressed by the air compressor, the air enters the air storage tank after dust removal, oil removal and drying, and enters tower a through the inlet valve pv101 of tower a and the treated compressed air. The pressure of tower a increases, the oxygen molecules in the compressed air are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and the non adsorbed nitrogen passes through the adsorption bed and enters the process nitrogen tank through the outlet valve pv106 and the nitrogen production valve pv118 of tower A. this process is called tower an operation, The duration is one minute. After the operation of tower a is completed, adsorption tower a and adsorption tower B are connected with pv104, pv105, pv106 and pv107 through the upper and lower pressure equalizing valves to equalize the pressure of the two towers. This process is called pressure equalizing and lasts for 2 ~ 3 seconds.

 

After pressure equalizing, the compressed air enters Tower B through the inlet valve pv102 of Tower B and the treated compressed air. The pressure of Tower B increases, the oxygen molecules in the compressed air are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and the non adsorbed nitrogen passes through the adsorption bed and enters the process nitrogen tank through the outlet valve pv107 and the nitrogen production valve pv118 of tower B. this process is called Tower B operation and lasts for one minute.

 

The oxygen adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve in adsorption tower a is released back to the atmosphere through depressurization of vent valve pv104 of tower A. this process is called desorption. On the contrary, when tower a adsorbs, Tower B also desorbs together. In order to completely discharge the oxygen released by Depressurization in the molecular sieve into the atmosphere, nitrogen purges the desorption tower through a normally open back purge valve to blow the oxygen in the tower out of the adsorption tower. This process is called blowback, which is carried out together with desorption.

 

After the right suction is completed, enter the pressure equalization process, and then switch to the left suction process, and continue the cycle. The operation flow of the nitrogen generator is completed by the programmable controller controlling five two position five way pilot solenoid valves, and then the solenoid valves controlling the opening and closing of eight pneumatic pipeline valves respectively. Five two position five way pilot solenoid valves operate the states of a suction, pressure equalization and B suction respectively. Closing of suction, pressure equalizing and channel B valves.
