Working Principle Description:

VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen concentrator operates based on the following principles:

 

Compressed air supply: The VPSA oxygen concentrator draws in compressed air from an external source. This compressed air is typically generated using an air compressor and undergoes cooling and filtration processes to ensure air quality and appropriate temperature.

 

Adsorbent beds: The VPSA oxygen concentrator consists of two adsorbent beds, usually filled with an adsorbent material. While one bed is in the adsorption step, the other bed undergoes the regeneration step.
