Product Introduction
At present, the main fuels used in the glass melting process are
natural gas, heavy oil, coal tar, petroleum coke powder and gas. No
matter which fuel is, its main chemical composition is two or three
elements of C, H and O, and the content of C is the highest. The
main products after fuel combustion are CO2, H2O, etc. In order to
reduce CO2 emissions, methods such as improving combustion
efficiency or end absorption and storage of CO2 can be adopted, but
these methods cannot fundamentally solve the problem of large CO2
emissions.
A certain proportion of hydrogen is mixed into the existing fuel to
form a mixed fuel for combustion, which can not only improve the
combustion efficiency, reduce the energy consumption of glass
production, but also reduce the CO2 emissions during glass melting,
so as to achieve low carbon glass melting. The application of
hydrogen energy in glass production is mainly divided into two
parts: one is hydrogen and nitrogen used for tin bath shielding gas
of float glass production line, and the other is hydrogen doped
natural gas used for glass furnace melting process.
The water electrolysis hydrogen plant is the equipment that electrolyze water to produce hydrogen by using lye as electrolyte.
