Description

 

    The  cemented carbide / hard alloy / kentanium  is mainly sintered with tungsten carbide powder, cobalt as a binder. With the increase of cobalt content, the toughness of the material increases, but the hardness decreases. By adjusting the content of cobalt, tool materials suitable for different environments can be obtained.  It is widely used in high-speed cutting tools with good rigidity and simple edge shape. With the development of technology, complex cutting tools are gradually expanding their applications.

    

 

 

Quick Details

       According to the bottom surface,cutting tools are divided into flat-end cutters, ball-end cutters, dome-end cutters. The flat-end cutters are used for machining flat parts,dome-end cutters are used for chamfered products, and the ball-end cutters are used for machining 3D curved surfaces of products.

Treatment

Its working principle is that the gas or evaporated substance is partially ionized by gas discharge in vacuum, and the evaporation or its reactants are deposited on the substrate while the gas ions or the evaporated substance ions are bombarded.
