Description
The sprue bush is a part that allows plastic material to be injected from the nozzle into the interior of the mold. The tapy A sprue bushing is fixed to the mold with 2 bolts to prevent it from falling off due to the injection pressure. In order to prevent leakage of plastic material, the feed port is generally designed in an arc shape.
Materials
SUJ2 bearing steel is a commonly used manufacturing material for the middle end sprue bushing. The heat treatment hardness is about ±HRC52.
