The mold is designed with cold runner and direct pin point gate; with smooth runner, uniform cavity pressure, the mold can be filled evenly in a short time. The molded part has uniform density w/o sink marks. A surface polished to SPI-A3; the cavity surface is smooth without pits. Harden the cavity and core with 1*2/S136 to increase the strength and anti-wearing performance and ensure the long tool life and high precision.
