What Cosmetic Standards Can You Expect?

to clearly specify them in the technical drawings.

 

Furthermore, we guarantee that the surfaces of the machined parts will be free from any defects,

including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, blemishes, and hanging marks.

 

Surfaces that are designated as critical, especially the primary (a) side as indicated in the technical

drawing, will be completely free from any mill steps or other marks.

 

For the secondary (b) side, minor hanging marks and up to 2 minor defects are within acceptable limits.

 

Our commitment to delivering high-quality results extends to post-processing and finishing methods that

can be employed to enhance surface roughness, improve visual properties, and increase wear resistance

for machined parts.
