Chilli Powder Doypack Packing Machine is a packaging equipment composed of a single-station host + powder screw dosimeter. The Doypack Packing Machine is suitable for powdery or small and hard granular materials; it is suitable for use when the workshop space is small and the product volume is medium.
When using the Doypack Packing Machine to pack chili powder, you only need to pour the chili powder to be packaged into the area where the material is placed, and then place the prepared prefabricated bag at the pick-up place to achieve fully automatic packaging. For powder materials, our single-station packaging machine can be equipped with a support bag organizer, which can be used as a weight support. It is recommended to configure it when the gram weight is greater than 1KG. The support bag organizer can sort the material sinking by tapping the bottom of the bag; it is used when the material has low fluidity or powder packaging.
When packing powder materials, we can also configure a protective clip device for the packaging machine to prevent the heat sealing area of the bag mouth from being polluted.
