Q: What's the different between Ternary Lithium battery and LiFePO battery?
A: The positive electrode of a LFP is made of iron phosphate. The positive electrode of a lithium lithium battery is made of three materials: nickel, cobalt, aluminum, or nickel, cobalt, and manganese.The low temperature performance of lithium ion battery is better than that of lithium iron phosphate battery, and the energy density is also higher than that of lithium iron phosphate battery. But the safety of the lithium iron phosphate battery is better than that of the three-way lithium battery.
Lithium iron phosphate batteries will only burn at 800 degrees Celsius, and lithium ternary batteries will burn at 200 degrees Celsius. Three-way lithium batteries are also very safe if used correctly.
