High Quality Standard Mesh Liquid Filter Bags By Sewn Sealed Or Welded Provide Surface Filtration

 

Share monofilament Mesh Filter Bags are manufactured in a wide range of micron ratings using a single filament weave. Single filament woven media provides two distinct advantages over multifilament media, excellent fabric strength and perfectly uniformed openings.

 

Share stocks a wide selection of micron ratings in industry standard sizes of filter mesh for immediate production.

 

Standard mesh liquid filter bag provide surface filtration- a ‘sieving’ mechanism makes particles larger than the pore size of the media to be hold on the surface of the media. Meshes are available in nylon, polypropylene and polyester monofilament which th precision woven structure give an absolute micron rating with no fibre migration. Micron ratings range from 3 – 1500μm. They exhibit high mechanical strength, and are excellent for removing non-deformable and solid particles.
