Marine airbag standard:

The production and application of marine airbags are mainly carried out with reference to two industry standards: CB/T3795 "Airbags for ship upper row and launch" CB/T3837 "Technical requirements for ship airbags upper row and launch"

In the "Basic Requirements and Evaluation Methods for Production Conditions of Ship Manufacturing Enterprises" formulated by the National Defense Science and Industry Commission, airbags are included as an approved launching method for the first time, and Class I companies are allowed to adopt airbag launching methods. Facility equipment for airbag launching has also put forward corresponding requirements.

Large-scale ships use marine airbag launch:

Based on its innovative technology, Qingdao Henger Marine Airbags designed and produced a new type of integrally wound high-strength marine launching airbag, which provides the most effective guarantee for the launching process of airbags for large ships. Practice has proved that with the application of high-strength lifting and moving airbags and the introduction of new airbags, the design of berths and launch ramps, the launch of airbags for ships above 50,000 tons is completely feasible, but relevant safety measures must be taken : The berth and angled launch ramp for launching the airbag of the ship should be carefully designed: the airbag launch calculation should be carried out according to the weight of the ship, the position of the center of gravity, the bottom line type, the slope of the launch ramp, the height of the water level, etc. The stroke, especially the internal pressure and internal stress when the ship is stern-falling and stern-floating, should be based on calculations.

Qingdao Henger ship launching airbags are widely used for ship launching, lifting and handling of large heavy objects, salvaging shipwrecks, stranding for rescue, etc. It has the characteristics of less investment, quick effect, safety and reliability.
It has high bearing capacity, high anti-kneading ability, new structure with end anti-riot design, optimized structural layout, durable anti-aging ability and wear resistance, higher flexibility and shock absorption capacity.

The ship launch airbag produced by Qingdao Hener Company has a diameter of 0.8-2.5 meters and a length of 4-22 meters. There are four-layer cords, five-layer cords, six-layer cords and seven-layer cords.

The airbags of Henger have a reasonable structure, high-quality materials, excellent workmanship, high carrying capacity, safety and reliability. Each airbag must undergo strict testing before leaving the factory to eliminate unqualified products; in addition, the pressure and stamping of the airbag are greatly improved , Extrusion strength, with strong cushioning force and long service life, which greatly improves the cushioning performance, solves the defect that ordinary air bags are easily cut by the bottom of the ship, and makes its pressure bearing more excellent.
