Production introduction

The types of cylindrical roller bearings are divided according to
their rib form.
The NU type bearing has two ribs on the outer ring and no ribs on
the inner ring. The inner ring of the N-type bearing has two ribs,
and the outer ring has no ribs.
NU and N cylindrical roller bearings are used for the floating end.
They are separable bearings for easy mounting and dismounting, and
both inner and outer rings can be tightly fitted.
NJ type cylindrical roller bearing has two ribs on the outer ring
and a single rib on the inner ring, which can bear axial force in
one direction.
NUP-type cylindrical roller bearings are used for fixed ends and
can withstand axial forces in both directions. The outer ring of
this type of bearing has two ribs, and the inner ring has a fixed
rib and a movable rib. An NJ type cylindrical roller bearing and an
angle ring HJ form a fixed end bearing similar to the NUP type. The
enhanced type of cylindrical roller bearing can withstand large
loads, and its basic design is 2E, 22E, 23E series. Their rollers
are designed to withstand maximum loads.
Bearing clearance
The basic type of radial clearance of single row cylindrical roller
bearings is ordinary grade. Bearings with C3 suffix (radial
clearance greater than normal group clearance) or bearings with C4
suffix (radial clearance greater than C3 group) are available upon

Corrected roller and raceway contact lines in cylindrical roller
bearings reduce stress concentrations. This allows for some
deflection. The permissible deflection angle of single row
cylindrical roller bearings is up to 4°.
Cylindrical roller bearing
The rolling elements are radial rolling bearings with cylindrical

roller bearings without ribs on the inner or outer ring, the inner
and outer rings can move relative to the axial direction, so they
can be used as free end bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings with
double ribs on one side of the inner ring and outer ring and a
single rib on the other side of the ring can withstand a certain
degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, a steel stamping
cage or a copper alloy turning cage is used. However, there are
also part of the use of polyamide forming cage.
Cylindrical roller bearing features:
1. The roller and the raceway are in line contact or trimmed line
contact, and the radial bearing capacity is large, which is
suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads.
2. The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speed, and
the limit speed is close to that of deep groove ball bearings.
3. N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to the change of
relative position between shaft and shell caused by thermal
expansion or installation error, and can be used as free end
support.
4. The processing requirements for the shaft or seat hole are high.
After the bearing is installed, the relative deflection of the
outer ring axis should be strictly controlled to avoid contact
stress concentration.
5. The inner ring or outer ring can be separated for easy
installation and removal.
Main uses: Large and medium-sized electric motors, locomotives,
machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas
turbines, reduction boxes, rolling mills, vibrating screens, and
hoisting and transporting machinery.
Cylindrical roller bearings (short cylindrical single row roller
bearings) features: Cylindrical roller bearings are usually only
subjected to radial force. Compared with ball bearings of the same
size, the radial bearing capacity is increased by 1.5-3 times, with
good rigidity, impact resistance, Short cylindrical single row

cause axial displacement due to thermal elongation, and machine
