1:Famous brand standard A/C motor with AB speed inverter offers wide range smooth driving power.

2:Specially designed high efficiency twin screw with unique toy bricks structure nitrified with hardness ≥860,perfectly suits for EVA,TPU material and enables highest max output with least power consumption.

3:Casting Al heater with water cooling controlled automatically by PID controlling system offers high precision heating to barrels.

4:Hydraulic driven double position screen change enables easy mesh changing during production without stopping.

5:Gear pump with 2 sets of pressures sensors loop controlled by PLC guarantees very stable melted flow pressure for high quality sheets production request.

6:Adopted high-tech auotomatic Die which can adjust the gap automatically to adjust the sheets thickness.

7:Horizontal type calendering unit consists of 3 matte rollers with centricity ≤0.005mm,adopted Japanese famous brand bearing,which all guarantee sheet thickness variation ±0.01mm.Each roller is independently driven by Servo motor for best synchronization of line speed.

8:PID automatically temperature controlling system guarantees the surface temperature variation of rollers ±1°C which helps much for good quality sheets' production.

9:Adopted X-ray thickness gauge to check the thickness of sheets on line for high precision thickness controlling purpose

10:Long natural cooling system with sheet trimmed to requested width allows sheets enough time to cool down before taking off and winding.

11:Taking off unit adopted Servo motor for good synchronization of line spee.

12:Automatical winding units offer very fast and precision winding.

13:Whole machine is controlled by PLC.Parameters are easy to be setted on touch screen.

14:Whole machine is produced according to CE standards.Quality is controlled under ISO9001:2000 system.
