1, What type of material is used to make paper straw?
White paper with Food grade: 118 GSM and 63 GSM ( Please buy it as
2:1 which means if buy 2 rolls 118GSM then 63 GSM buy 1 roll, as
the paper straw with 3 layer, inner 2 layer is 118GSM)
2, What type of glue is used to make the paper straw? We want to
know technical spec of the glue we need and some quantity to
produce here in my factory.

Must is by FDA approved ( Food Grade) important.

High Speed Paper Straw Machine Function Brief:
1. Stainless Steel Glue Unit
Choose gluing single side or double sides. The drinking straws are
glued evenly and stuck firmly. ( Glue by WATER BASED ADHESIVE which
FDA approved Food Grade)
2. Spiral winding unit , specialized operation system, Belt tension
device (hand-wheel drive).
a. Send the paper to the winding unit .
b. Wind the paper shape to straw by winding system
3. Silicone oil lubrication system
Add silicone oil on the paper which for paper running smooth
4. Multi-knife cutting system and spiral rolling mechanism
Multi-blades cutting system is controlled by encoder. Servo
synchronous tracking cutting system makes it higher precision and
multi-knife cutting makes it higher efficiency.
5. Using PLC control and touch screen
With PLC control and touch screen, working data can be preset on
the control panel and it is easy for operation.
6.Using servo motor control system which can track the cutting
length with high precision and high efficiency.
7. Paper straw collecting system : collect the straws automatically
and row them tidily in the container (By Client choose).
