A:I'm very glad to tell you that our samples can be provided freely
and you just need to pay for the freight cost.
Q3:How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the
samples will be ready delivery in 7-15 days. The samples will be
sent to you via express and arrive in a week. You can use your own
express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q6:What types of payment terms do you accept?
A:Normally , the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% deposit , 70%
before shipment).
Q7:What is the normal lead time?
A:
1. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 5-10days
after receiving your payment.
2. For mass production, lead time is about 30 days, and longer if
surface handling is needed.
3. For new mould,15 days to open mould and make samples after
receiving your mould charge.
Q8:What is your shipping terms?
A:
1. For samples or trial order, EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be
provided.
2. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air
according to your requirements.
3. We will try to help you choose a best way depending different
order conditions.
Q10:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the
pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented
within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is
subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to
certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from
the samples or pictures you present.After negotiation with us,
finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
