A: We usually provide customer existing samples with free charge.
And if you need customized samples, we will charge you real happened cost, and the charge is refundable
when bulk order is placed.
We accept the samples paid by paypal, wechat pay, alipay, westunion, wire transfer.We normally ask for
freight collection for samples delivery. If you have any international courier account like Fedex, UPS, DL
and TNT, it would be great. If you don`t have courier account available, you can pay the freight to us and

we could prepay the freight.

A : We need ai/cdr/eps or PDF file to set up print-plate.We will make a Simulated photo.
