It also has the capability to store up to 5 sets of programs, making it convenient for various product-specific riveting parameters. Furthermore, parameter settings include a password authority function to prevent unauthorized operations.
Specifically designed for plastic hot riveting applications, the HN-300 controller utilizes heat to soften plastic parts and create strong bonds. It ensures accurate temperature regulation and control in order to achieve stable and reliable results in the riveting process.
