The machine utilizes the hot air cold riveting technique for riveting. Employing this technique not only enables efficient and robust riveting operations but also minimizes adhesion between the thermal rivet head and the riveted product, thereby greatly extending the lifespan of the thermal rivet head.

The controller of this machine employs the advanced PID closed-loop control algorithm technology to ensure precise control over temperature and heating duration. It also offers real-time monitoring and feedback of the temperature profile during the riveting process, enabling easy adjustment of parameters for optimal riveting outcomes. Furthermore, it is equipped with an Ethernet communication interface that facilitates convenient parameter configuration and data retrieval.

With its capacity to store 5 program sets, the controller enables seamless switching to the corresponding program group when transitioning between different riveting products, eliminating the need for parameter reconfiguration. Additionally, the parameter settings are protected by password authorization functionality, preventing unintended operations.

Hot Air Cold Riveting Process

1. Component assembly: Install the target components for assembly and position the hot air nozzle onto the plastic rivet.
2.Heat treatment: Apply hot air using the nozzle to uniformly heat the entire plastic rivet.
3. Softening and conditioning: Allow the plastic rivet to soften and reach a malleable state suitable for shaping.
4. Cold air forming: Replace the hot air nozzle with a cold air staking head and apply downward pressure while simultaneously blowing cold air.
5.Shaping completion: Once the cold air staking process is finished, the formed plastic rivet can be obtained.
