The Pulse Heat Riveting Controller is specifically designed for efficient riveting operations, offering advantages such as high riveting efficiency, strong joint results, and user-friendly machine operation. It utilizes a PID closed-loop control algorithm to regulate and maintain the heating temperature, ensuring that the riveting zone reaches the desired temperature precisely and remains stable. The use of pulse riveting technology effectively saves consumables such as screws and adhesives, contributing to environmental sustainability and lightweight product design. Moreover, it does not compromise the quality of components already installed around the rivet point due to its heat source, making it particularly suitable for heat staking applications involving pre-installed LEDs and electronic component boards.
 
The controller is equipped with 485 and Ethernet communication interfaces and incorporates parameter password protection functionality. This enables convenient configuration and retrieval of riveting parameters while effectively safeguarding against unauthorized parameter modifications.
