The manufacturing process of precision oblique or helical gear planetary reducer needs multiple processes.

The helical gear transmission is more stable: the stability of the transmission ratio is the basic requirements of various reducers. Among them, precision planet reducer is widely used in various needed machinery and equipment and requires higher stability. Therefore, compared with the straight gear system, the helical gear technology with more accurate bite force can be more stable.
