Fused Silica Wafer is a kind of Calcium Silicate Board, also known as Glass Wafer. It is a precision engineered and manufactured product that is commonly used in various applications. It is highly polished with an excellent parallelism of 3 Arc Sec and perpendicularity of 5 Arc Sec. It has great optical properties with a transmission range of 0.17~2.1um, 0.26~2.1um, .0185~3.5um and a reflectance of less than 0.25%. Moreover, a second flat can be provided upon request. Fused Silica Wafer is ideal for various applications such as optical systems, laser scanning systems, optoelectronic devices and data storage systems. Its high precision and accuracy makes it suitable for the most challenging applications requiring extreme accuracy and stability.
