Product Description of Spray Drying Machine
Experimental spray drying (spray dryer/spray dryer) is mainly
applicable to universities, research institutes and laboratories of
food, medicine and chemical enterprises to produce micro particle
powders. It has broad spectrum applicability to all solutions such
as emulsion and suspension, and is suitable for drying heat
sensitive substances such as biological products, biological
pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Since the sprayed materials
are only exposed to high temperature when sprayed into aerosol
particles, they are only heated instantaneously, It can keep the
active ingredients of these active materials intact after drying.

2) Color LCD touch screen parameter display: air inlet
temperature/air outlet temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air
volume/needle ventilation frequency.
3) Full automatic control: one button startup, after setting spray
process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature,
the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the touch screen
displays the operation animation, and the operation process is
clearly displayed; To shut down the machine, just press the Stop
button, and the machine will shut down automatically and safely.
4) Manual control: if it is necessary to adjust the process
parameters during the experiment, it can be easily switched to the
manual state. The whole experiment process is dynamically displayed
on the color touch screen (animation)
