※Description:

 

Peanuts are rich in fat and protein. They are roasted at high temperature, stripped of their red coat, and ground to make original peanut butter. Stabilizers are added to make stable peanut butter, and flavorings are added to make flavored peanut butter.

 

1. According to market demand, the peanut butter production line has undergone many improvements and optimizations, including the coarse grinder and fine grinder, the core equipment of the complete set of equipment, and the processing fineness has been further improved. This complete equipment production line has a high degree of mechanization, good reliability, and fully enclosed production. It has the characteristics of simple operation, smooth operation, low noise, easy maintenance, corrosion resistance, wide range of uses, and full variety. 2 The peanut butter production line can process high-quality stable peanut butter, granular peanut butter and ordinary peanut butter. Stable and ordinary sesame paste can also be produced.

※Processing:

 

The process flow and main equipment of the production line include De-stoner,Nuts Roaster, Split Peanut Blanching Machine , Picking belt, Elevator,Silo, First Grinder, Second Grinder, Blending/Mixing Tank, Cooling Filling machines, etc. It is characterized by flow operation, high degree of mechanization, good reliability, fully enclosed production, and no pollution. It is an equipment for producing stable peanut butter.

 

1. Roasting: batch roaster's working temperature is 200-210 0C, 20-30minutes. use batch roaster will bake some delicious smells.


2. Cooling: Peanut will be send cooling belt to cool.


3. Peeling: Put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin, the double rollers will frication the red skin, the simple cyclone system will suck the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted and un-blanched peanut kernel is picked up by manual or mechanical. (It is matched with manual type conveyor in the quotation)


4. Grinding: Using steel grinder to make the first grinding;Using colloid grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7um, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.


5. Cooling Mixing: make the butter more homogeneous and the butter through second grinding should be cooled immediately. The temperature should go down 45C.


6. Vacuum: Short time storage and remove the bubble in the butter.


7. Flling: Automatic flling machine , the finished peanut butter is packed into 200g / 500g/ 1000g bottle

Main Equipments function:

 

 

ProcessingDescription
CleaningTake away the light impurity, stoner by gravity de stoner system, the stone will follow up to the de stoner’s exit, the light impurities will be sucked by air cyclone system.
Roastingcontinuous nut roaster working temperature 150-180 C, roasting time 40-45 minutes.
PeelingRemove the red skin by the frication of two rubber rollers and sucked by the cyclone system. Most of Peanut will be split in half-piece or much small, the bitter germ will be separated by the vibrating sieve at bottom of blancher, finally blanched peanuts will falll to the selecting conveyor.
Primary GrindingUse Disc grinder to make the first grinding, the blanched peanut will be feed into the primary grinder’s first ,then they will be put by a kind of screw force, peanut will fall to limited gauge between two disc and be grinded by sand disc in high speed. The primary butter will flow to the tank and pumped into the second grinder . The fineness grinding is reach to 60-100mesh. It must able to run 24 hours without stop because of heat.
Second Grindingthe purpose of second grinder is for fine grinding. the fineness grinding is reach to 150-160mesh. Water cooling system should be supplied in order to reduce the grinders chamber temperature (both primary and second grinder).its must not over heat, provide sensitive part and easy part to be replace. Time or life spent of part, like seal, cleaning method, assembling method.
BlendingThis tank has two layers, with two functions, mixing and Make the butter more homogeneous. Moreover, it can also decrease the butter’s temperature with large extent. this tank must have gauge temperature to measure how hot.
CoolingThe butter is pumped into cooling machine, through pipes twisted inside of cooler, the ideal temperature will obtain. It must have control temperature from cooling Temperature to 45-60C adjustable.
Refrigerator: it’s the key part of the whole plant, the butter’s temperature from second grinder can reach to 90-95C,in order to reduce the temperature of 30C and make it prepared to be packed ,we have to build a cooling system.
The refrigerator work and produce cooling water (water temperature can be set on),cooling water will be divided into 3 direction; first to provide cooling water for grinders, second for the blending tank, third for the cooling machine. The cooling water can used repeatedly, so no loss on water. All connecting pipes in the cooling system is made of SUS304
