Description of Portable Digital Multimeter

PM8213B is a small notebook-style digital multimeter that can be carried around. It is fully functional and can measure AC and DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, frequency and diode. This meter has a novel structure, the test pen is directly connected to the body, and can be stored on both sides of the meter; the power consumption is low, and it is powered by a 3V button battery.
