Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bit is medium cast surface which makes the bit suitable for normal hard to hard formation.It can used in high rotation speed operation.
2. The design of medium cast surface has the advantages of good stability,good guidance quality and strong impact resistance. There are 3 nozzles in the conical surface which can clean the bit better and clean away the rock debris so that it can prevent repeatedly cuting rock debris during the drilling.
3. The cutters are symmetrically inset in interlaced way to cut the rock encompassingly with the caster angle of 15°to 20°. So the bit has high rate of penetration and good stability.
4. The gauge surface is welded by double-row alloyed gauge strip in separating way which makes the bit have strong abrasive resistance and good protecting gauge effect.
5. The angle of the 3 blades is different, so the fluid rock debris can expel from the hole quickly and the bit will not be wrapped by the mud when it drills in a high rotary speed. The efficiency will be improved.
