I. Product Description
This product is made from Alkyl ketene dimmer,which is emulsified through the high pressure homogenizer ,adding other auxiliary materials , finally get the oil-in-water emulsion

III.Performance characteristics
1. This product can give the paper high water resistance, improve
the gloss and strength of the paper, low yellowing value, reduce
the brittleness of the paper. It overcomes the shortcomings of AKD
sizing agent requiring dual retention and adding starch to form a
barrier to copying.
2. Improve the printability of paper, increase the retention rate
of fine fibers and fillers, reduce pulp consumption, and reduce
costs.
3. Simplify the sizing process, improve the papermaking performance
of the paper machine, there will be no papermaking obstacles, and
the curing speed is fast.
4. Neutral papermaking to reduce equipment corrosion and extend
equipment life
IV. How to use
This product can be used in a wide range of PH value (6-9),
suitable for wood pulp, bamboo pulp, waste paper recycled pulp,
wheat straw pulp, reed pulp, cotton stalk pulp, etc.
The adding amount is generally 5-15 kg, and it is usually selected
to be continuously added by a metering pump at the mixing box or
mixing box.
If it is a prerequisite for acid papermaking before using this
product, the equipment and pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned.
When the PH value of the slurry is less than 6, a small amount of
soda ash or caustic soda can be added to adjust.
V. Packaging and storage
This product is packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage period: 3 months
