Delivery Time and Payment Terms :
Sample Delivery	7-10 work days after receipt of artworks & sample charges
Production	Small quantity--15 work days after sample approval & deposit.
	Large quantity--Need to be discussed. (special arrangement will be arranged according to your request)
Payment Terms	Sample - paid once order confirmed
	Mass production - 30% deposit once order confirmed, balance 70% before shipment.

Q1: What's your warranty policy?
A1: For all the products, we have one-year warranty from shipping. All of our goods are 100% inspected before shipping.

Q2: What's your minimum order quantity?
A2: The MOQ is not the same due to different items. Trial orders for small quantity are also welcome. Only the unit price will be different from wholesale price.

Q3: What package do you use for the products?
A3: Customized packages are welcome. Usually we have professional retail package for the products.

Q4: How about the payment term?
