FAQ
Q1: What's your warranty policy?
A1: One-year warranty. All of our goods are 100% inspected before
shipping. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery,
please make sure that the package is fine before your sign.
Q2: What's your minimum order quantity?
A2: MOQ is not the same due to different items. Trial orders
are also welcome, however, the unit price will be different from
wholesale price.
Q3: What package do you use for the products?
A3: Customized packages are welcome. Usually we have professional
retail package for the products.
Q4: How about the payment term?
A4:.Usually we adopt T/T term. PayPal also can be accepted. 30%
deposit once order confirmed, 70% balance before delivery.
