A: There are two weave styles: twill and plain, two kinds of surfaces: glossy and

matte.
Q5: Do you have products in stock?
A: There are some sheets, paddles in stock. We need time to prepare products, especially custom products.
Q6: What is the lead time for custom products?
A: About 2 weeks for CNC cutting parts, and 4 weeks for custom mold parts, this is the typical lead time, it will vary depending on order volume and sample confirmation process.
Q7: Can I have my own logo on the products?
A: Of course, we can put your logo on the products, please kindly send us your logo design in AI format.

A: 1-Year Warranty.
Q9: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
