working principle:
The horizontal mixer area is equipped with reverse rotating blades,
which rotate and stir the material along the axial/radial direction
at a certain angle, so that the material can be mixed quickly and
evenly. It is mainly used in the pre-added water balling process.
When the quantitative biological material flows into the mixing
tank from the feeding port, it is sprayed onto the biological
material through several water atomization with certain pressure,
and the qualitative length of the shaft is stirred by the mixing
blades to form a ball core with uniform water content, It is
transported to the pre-added water balling pan. The whole mixing is
divided into three areas: atomization area, mixing area, and
unloading area. The hard metal cutter head is welded on the mixing
blade, with good wear resistance, and is suitable for mixing more
than two kinds of fertilizers, additive premixes, and formula feed
concentrated feed additive premixes.
