The working principle of the roll extrusion granulator: the belt pulley is driven by the motor, and the transmission belt is transmitted to a pair of high pressure rolls with sliding form shells through the reducer for relative work. The two rolls of TDJZ-1T type extruder interact with each other by a group of split gears. The two rolls of TDJZ-1T type extruder are directly driven by two output shafts on a special reducer to achieve the purpose of extrusion molding. During production, the raw materials are fed into the hopper, extruded by the high pressure roller body, and then automatically flow to the crushing and forming room at the lower part of the roller body after demoulding. The power of crushing and forming is that the chain wheel of the active roller shaft drives a pair of crushing rollers to move relative to each other through the chain, and then the finished particles are crushed and screened in the working room. The finished particles flow out of the machine through the screen mesh to the discharge chute.
