QSFP-40G-LR4 SFP is the preferred solution for 40G
Ethernet short-distance transmission, which can meet the
requirements of 40G data center computer room construction. This
optical module is mainly used in switches, routers, host adapter
buses, enterprise storage, high density, high speed I/O,
multi-channel interconnection, etc.
QSFP-40G-LR4 SFP package type is QSFP+ (Quad Small
Form-factor Pluggable Plus), which is a four-channel small
form-factor pluggable optical module. This package type is designed
to meet the market’s demand for higher-density high-speed pluggable
solutions Was born out of the demand. The transmission rate of this
optical module can reach 40Gbps. It has four independent transmit
and receive optical signal channels, and each channel can support
10Gbps data transmission.
