USB Camera Module
This is our newly developed camera module with Sony CMOS sensor IMX298,IMX298 is a CMOS active pixel image sensor,It has an effective pixel array of 4672 (H) × 3520 (V).By introducing spatially varying exposure technology, high dynamic range still pictures and movies are achievable. It equips an electronic shutter with variable integration time. It operates with three power supply voltages: analog 2.5 V, digital 1.1 V and 1.8 V for input/output interface and achieves low power consumption；Using Exmor RSTM technology to achieve high sensitivity, low noise and high-speed image capture.Built-in back-illuminated imaging pixels, low-noise analog amplifiers, column-parallel A/D converters that can achieve high-speed capture, digital amplifiers, imaging size and frame rate timing control circuits.One-time programmable memory is embedded in the chip to store user data.Using IMX298 sensor high dynamic range and low power consumption function has higher brightness data storage than other formats of pictures.MX298 can combine normal mode or HDR mode to capture and output full-size, cropped or zoomed images.It is widely used in mobile phone cameras, notebook computers and desktop computer cameras and other fields.
