The automatic vertical round bottle
self-adhesive labeling machine is designed to optimize production
efficiency. It automates the labeling process, ensuring simple
operation, fast production speed, and uniform, attractive, and neat
labeling. This machine is ideal for labeling circular containers in
the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries,
supporting both full-circle and semi-circular labeling. Optional
features include a color matching tape printer and an inkjet
printer, allowing simultaneous printing of batch numbers,
production dates, and other information during the labeling
process. This integration of labeling and coding reduces packaging
steps and enhances production efficiency.

operation, the conveyor belt ensures precise and accurate labeling.

Working Principle:
The sensor detects the passing product and sends a signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the system triggers the label to be dispensed and attached to the product. As the product moves through the labeling applicator, the label adheres to the product, completing the labeling process.
