Description:
 
L925B fiber cold connector is used for fiber optic docking fiber or fiber optic docking pigtail. This is equivalent to making a joint.(Fiber optic docking pigtail refers to the fiber core butt fiber core but not the fiber pigtail.) The thing used for this cold connection is called the fiber cold junction.
 
 

Refers to the mechanical connection of the cable through the "cold joint", the entire connection process can be completed within 2 minutes.
 
This connector is different from fast connecor.

HOW TO USE?
Assemble Tools:

  1. Fiber cleaver
  2. Fiber jacket/buffer tube stripper
  3. Fiber stripper
  4. Fiber needle
  5. Alcolhol
  6. Kimwipe
  7. White adhesive tape
  8. Kevlar shear

 
Step 1. Cut the fiber(0.9mm) as shown. Length of fiber is 12.5mm.
 

 
Step 2.Put the fiber (buffer diameter=0.9mm) into the splicer . Push the tube.
 

 

Step 3.Cut the fiber as shown . The reducer is used to adapt the fiber (coating diameter=0.25mm) to the splicer.Length of fiber is 12.5mm.

 

Step 4 .Put the fiber (coating diameter=0.25mm)through the reducer into the splicer .Push the tube .

Make sure the fiber is to the end . Fit the tube .


 Step 5.Press the side cover .
