Description:

 

The 8-strand polyethylene synthetic fishing rope is made of high-modulus polyethylene fibers, with a strength of up to 30.8 cN/dtex, capable of withstanding significant tensile force. It consists of four S-twist strands and four Z-twist strands, arranged alternately with the S-twist strands (either singly or in pairs) and the Z-twist strands (either singly or in pairs), making it suitable for various fishing operations. The polyethylene synthetic fishing rope boasts excellent abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance, able to withstand the erosion and friction of seawater, saltwater, sand, and other harsh environments while maintaining stable performance. This makes it ideal for making fishing nets and trawls, as well as for use as mooring lines. Additionally, this rope has good light resistance, maintaining stable performance under prolonged exposure to sunlight, resisting aging, and offering a long service life.

4.When the rope fracture position including splice eye,the minimum breaking strength should be reduced 10%.

5. A force determined by the test methods specified in GB/T 8834 is not necessarily an accurate indication of the force at which that rope might break in other circumstances and situations. The type and quality of terminations, the rate of force application, prior conditioning and previous force applications to the rope can significantly influence the breaking force. A rope bent around a post, capstan, pulley or sheave may break at a significantly lower force. A knot or other distortion in a rope may significantly reduce the breaking force.
